This role bridges the gap between arrival and care, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, luxury, and professional clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concierge-Level Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, offering a warm, professional, and personalized welcome. Proactively anticipate client needs, address concerns immediately, and facilitate a stress-free environment.

  • Safe & Comfortable Transport: Safely operate company vehicles to transport clients to and from appointments, facilities, or home, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout the journey.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain the cleanliness and professional presentation of vehicles and equipment. Ensure all safety protocols, documentation, and reporting requirements are met with precision.

  • Client Advocacy: Act as a liaison between the client, their family, and the care team. Provide non-clinical support and information, ensuring the client feels heard, valued, and respected at every step.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a focus on "closing the loop"—ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.

  • Emotional Intelligence: Strong ability to listen, empathize, and handle diverse behaviors with grace and patience.

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to use mobile devices for scheduling, GPS, and digital reporting.

  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to assist with mobility (transferring clients in/out of vehicles), and physical endurance to perform duties throughout the shift.
