About the Role
Breakthrough Healthcare is redefining senior care in Maryland Heights by blending high-end hospitality with clinical excellence. We are looking for a Concierge Client Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our agency. You will not just be managing tasks; you will be the primary advocate for our clients and the leader of our caregiving team. This position requires someone who can seamlessly transition between building relationships in the community and auditing complex operational data.
Your Daily Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you will be expected to own the following areas:

Concierge Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for families. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure that every service interaction meets our "resort-inspired" standards. You will also conduct regular in-person supervisory visits to ensure client wellness and satisfaction.

Operational Integrity & Scheduling: You will have total oversight of caregiver scheduling. This includes filling shift gaps immediately, monitoring Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance, and ensuring all authorized hours are tracked accurately. You will also assist in auditing payroll and billing to ensure zero financial discrepancies.

Staff Leadership & Development: You will lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new caregivers. More importantly, you will be the supervisor they turn to for guidance. You will conduct performance follow-ups, reinforce our culture of accountability, and lead initiatives to improve caregiver retention and morale.

Intake & Onboarding: You will manage the entire lifecycle of new client intake—from the initial assessment and care plan creation to the final onboarding of staff, ensuring a perfect "first impression" of our services.

Strategic Growth: You will actively represent Breakthrough Healthcare in the community, building partnerships with referral sources to expand our footprint.

Clinical & Operational Fluency: You must be comfortable with the "nuts and bolts" of healthcare—payroll systems, EVV compliance, and state regulatory standards.
