Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Uphold client privacy, safety, and dignity at all times

Qualifications

• Active HHA certification (or equivalent experience, where applicable)
• Prior experience in home care or facility‑based care preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Commitment to professionalism and ethical caregiving
