Job Description

An ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who will be responsible for engaging with others on a personal basis to promote the company. Implement sales/marketing plan that will meet or exceed the company’s overall business plan, census goals and financial objectives.

The candidate must be comfortable standing for prolonged periods and provide their own transportation. Represent the brand with exception. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting people.
  • Promoting the company in different neighborhoods by distributing flyers and engaging with customers.
  • Assisting in signing up new customers.
    :
    • Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design, and product development teams to plan promotional marketing campaigns.
    • Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets.
    • Assisting with the design, negotiation, and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads, and email blasts.
    • Develop and implement sales/marketing plan for all company product/service offerings, consistent with market analysis, reflecting referral source targets. *
    • Responsible for census development through the implementation of external and internal sales & marketing programs with both existing and new accounts. *
    • Ability to effectively utilize both local and corporate resources in the execution of job responsibilities.
    • Identify and recommend development of new product/service/niche markets & offerings as well as current product/service enhancements. *
    • Ensure that administration maintain up-to-date key account records including background, contact history, objectives, referral trends, etc.
    • Review records to ensure that Account Executives are properly managing resources, including their time. *
    • Ability to develop an adequate knowledge of State, Federal and other regulatory requirements related to the facility.
    • Maintain up-to-date information, as needed, on specifically assigned competitors including pricing, census, product information, and marketing strategies. *
    • Report progress versus goals and census development barriers to the Administrator. *
    • Perform sales calls with Administrator on a monthly PRN basis.
    • Contact key physicians and other health care representatives on a regular basis. *
    • Perform sales call with Account Executives on a routine basis. *
    • Participate in short and long range planning for the agency and implements specific measures for agency growth.  Increase market share through education of physicians and other community and referral sources.
    • Work with other agencies and promotes good community relations through involvement in community events
  1. Campaign Planning and Execution

  2. Brand Development:

    • Producing a brand style guide that captures the company or client’s voice and mission.
    • Helping team leads set, allocate, and monitor the budget for each project.
    • Meeting with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budget, and timelines.
  3. Market Research and Target Audience Analysis:

    • Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors.
    • Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t, and areas for improvement.
  4. Campaign Evaluation and Adaptation:

    • Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments as necessary.
    • Pitching ideas for new campaigns based on insights from previous efforts.

 

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and well-spoken.
  • Good communication skills 
  • Previous experience with marketing/promotion (preferred).
  • Experience in the Medical field.
