Job Description: Under the Supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide care, comfort and assistance to clients in their home. Provide patient-centered care consistently. Promote independence, preserve autonomy. Ensure proper bathing and grooming, assist with meals, cooking, cleaning, run errands, report out of norm's and etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care and companionship for our clients
• Assist with maintaining clients’ independence and performing exercise
• Ambulate clients to ensure strength and mobility
• Use mechanical lifts and gait belts safely
• Dementia care
• Assist with household organization and light housekeeping (dusting, mopping, etc.)
• Offer medication reminders
• Run errands and assist with meal preparations
• Handle laundry tasks
• Report changes in clients’ conditions
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Collaborate as a member of the care team
• Be dependable and reliable
• Show compassion and respect
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in home health or geriatrics
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Stable work history
• Reliable Transportation with insurance
• Availability to work weekdays and every other weekend
• Clean background check and excellent references

Clientele: We serve a diverse range of clients, including elderly individuals, patients recovering from surgery or illness, individuals with chronic illnesses or disabilities, clients with mobility issues, and families needing respite care.
